Interviews with Musicians and Venue Owner: What Does The Bitter End Mean to You?
From launching careers for famed musicians such as Lady Gaga to serving a community of music lovers, The Bitter End is not only a legendary live music venue in New York City, it is the very soul of this city.
As live music venues remain closed and the prospect of future reopening is uncertain at best , I interviewed musicians and presenters who have previously held shows at The Bitter End to understand what this venue means to them on a personal level. I also got in touch with the owner and staff members at The Bitter End to reminisce about their Bitter End memories and ask what they think the future may hold for this establishment.
